With over 30 years of experience in construction—from building houses to complex infrastructures and intricate tenant improvements—Michael is an expert in building teams and projects. Known for his keen eye for detail, professionalism, transparency, communication, and integrity. Michael began in the field as a service technician observing and dissecting the mechanical aspects of complex building systems—which allowed him to lead large scale operations of full renovations and capital projects for major companies within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Following in the footsteps of his father, who owned his own construction and renovation company, he branched out on his own to form N5E. A company that covers the needs of not only homeowners but commercial management & development companies. A native of Grenada, Michael is actively involved in giving back to his community and is an avid runner.
